The Panel Department was established in 2013 to focus upon and facilitate the staff/clients of various organizations. Over a short passage of time, RG&DH became the preferred choice of a large number of Government, Semi Government, Private Organizations and Insurance Companies. A detailed list is given at the end.
A dedicated office and counters have been established separately for IPD and OPD services at the Rawal General and Dental Hospital so that patients can be facilitated in the best possible manner.
The Department has a number of Coordination Officers and Staff, who endeavour to ensure prioritized care of our valued Panel Clients.
Focused multi-disciplinary approaches to diagnosis and care ensure a range of safe and high quality care of patients at RG&DH.
A number of VVIP, VIP, Private, Semi-Private rooms and AC Wards are available to cater for varying requirements. More so, it is noteworthy to highlight that Dental care is provided till late evening, which is generally not available elsewhere.
However as ‘seeing is believing’, we request your Organization to visit the hospital and confirm the veracity of our claim.
The Panel Office is open daily (except Sundays/holidays) till 8pm. However, after office time, Panel Clients are entertained 24/7 at the Hospital Main Reception.
Written Feedback is solicited from every patient regarding facilitation, services and medical treatment received at least twice daily - which is not done elsewhere. In this context it most pertinent to highlight that the vast majority have accorded an ‘Excellent / Very Good’ rating. This is indeed a most reassuring acknowledgement of our efforts.
